Super quirky and often unintuitive, but what kind of set of features!
After digging through all commands and changing them to reasonable shortcuts, it finally clicked.
Honestly, I could not work with it before Blender 3.0 because of that.
But now, with some more knowledge in general, I get more and more into it.
It would be also my first choice for 3D modelling, even if it would not be for free.
I highly recommend to donate something.
