1. ROKOJORI Radio License Terms

To be able to use the music as background music the terms and conditions in 1. to 7. must be fullfilled.

2. Allowed Purposes



ALLOWED:
The usage is allowed as background music in videos/podcasts
a) in gaming streams.
b) in streams/chats/tutorials/documentations/quizzes/similar about other topics
d) in short entertainment/theatre/playing/dancing performances (less than 30 seconds)
c) in memes (less than 10 seconds)


NOT ALLOWED:
a) It is not allow to use it as primary music content
b) It is not allowed to share the sound/video content with others as single files or compilation
c) It is not allowed to use it in paid advertisments for other products
d) It is not allowed to use it for illegal, unsuitable use
e) It is not allowed to use it for anything that we do not support or like. (More below)


3. Platforms

The content can be shared as background music in videos or podcasts on the following platforms:
YouTube | Twitch | TikTok | Twitter | Instagram | Facebook | Reddit

4. Costs

The usage is free, if an attribution was made.

5. Attribution

In general, we want to you to drop the link to our website from time to time if you use the music.
This can be in spoken form as shout out, in textual form in the descriptions or as graphical overlay in video material. Possible phrasings:

6. Your Rights

If you are reasonably fullfilling the criterias and terms described in all paragraphs of the license you can use the music without asking us, but the usage is under reserve.
It is still possible, that we claim to not use the music any more in the future, if you violated the criterias and terms.
In extreme cases we will also ask you to remove the music in published content. We hope we never have to do so, but we want to be safe. If you are uncertain, ask us and explain briefly what your plans are, then we try to give you as quick as possible a YES or NO.
