In the export FBX dialog:
SelectTransform▶Apply Scalings▶FBX AllSelectTransform▶Forward▶Z Forward UncheckTransform▶Apply UnitCheckTransform▶Use Space TransformCheckTransform▶Apply Transform Select
what you want to be exported from the project. Default is everything.
Choose an export path and file name
